Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Playcut (the "Service"), provided by Blox Labs Inc. ("Playcut", "we", "us"). By signing up or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

1. Account

You must be at least 13 years old (16 in the EU) to use Playcut. You are responsible for your account credentials and for activity that occurs on your account.

2. Subscriptions, Credits & Billing

• Plans are billed monthly or annually in advance. Annual plans are non-refundable except where required by law.
• Generation credits reset on each billing cycle. Unused credits do not roll over unless explicitly stated.
• You can cancel anytime; cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period.
• We may change pricing with 30 days' notice. Existing subscriptions are honored at their current price until renewal.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Generate content depicting child sexual abuse material (CSAM) — this is a permanent, immediate ban.
• Generate non-consensual intimate imagery or impersonate real people without consent.
• Generate content that violates laws or infringes others' rights (copyright, trademark, publicity, privacy).
• Attempt to bypass safety filters, abuse usage limits, or reverse-engineer the Service.
• Resell raw access to model providers via Playcut.

4. Your Content

You retain ownership of prompts, reference inputs, and generations you create ("Your Content"). You grant Playcut a limited license to host, store, and process Your Content as needed to operate the Service. We do not use Your Content to train foundation models.

5. Model Providers

Generations are processed by third-party model providers (Google Veo, Imagen, Gemini, xAI Grok, fal.ai). Provider terms apply to the model output. We pass through provider content policies as part of our acceptable use.

6. Intellectual Property

Playcut and the Service (excluding Your Content and provider model outputs) are owned by Blox Labs Inc. and protected by IP laws.

7. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access for material breach of these Terms (including acceptable use violations). You may terminate your account at any time.

8. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, or secure operation. AI generations may produce unexpected, inaccurate, or offensive results — review output before publishing.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Playcut's total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the 12 months preceding the claim.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles.

11. Changes

We may update these Terms. Material changes will be communicated via email or in-app. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance.
